Refund Policy for Kyle Lane Personal Training
Refunds for Services:
We do not offer refunds on completed training sessions. If you are unable to attend a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients and provide you with the flexibility you need.
Package Refunds:
Refunds are not provided for unused portions of training packages or memberships, except in cases of medical emergency or injury that prevent you from participating. If you are unable to continue due to injury or medical reasons, we will work with you to transfer remaining sessions to a later date or offer a partial refund if applicable.
