Build strength, energy, and confidence — without living in the gym.

What It Is: A 12-week strength and conditioning program for busy dads (30–60) who want to move better, feel stronger, and show up fully for their families. Train alongside other dads who get it — sharing the wins, the laughs, and the grind. Small group sessions, simple structure, real support. You’re not just joining a program — you’re joining a team.

 

Class Schedule:

  • Monday — 7:00 p.m.

  • Wednesday — 7:00 p.m.

  • Friday — 12:00 p.m.

 

Packages & Pricing (12 Weeks):

  • Hybrid Semi‑Private (1x/week): $1,599 — max 4 dads per session

  • Hybrid Semi‑Private (2x/week): $2,299 — max 4 dads per session

  • Online Coaching: $1,099 — full remote plan with check‑ins and support

 

Each package includes:

  • App‑based workouts via PT Hub

  • Weekly check‑ins and community chat

  • Habit and nutrition prompts

  • Access to the Hero Dad team support system
