Developed by Kyle Lane Personal Training in Vancouver, BC, this 12-week strength and conditioning program helps busy dads (ages 30–60) rebuild their strength, energy, and confidence — while becoming part of a supportive team that understands what real life looks like.

Duration: 12 Weeks
Location: Vancouver, BC or Online
Schedule:
Mondays & Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.
Fridays at 12:00 p.m.
Format:
Small-group, semi-private strength and conditioning sessions (4–6 dads max)
Focus on progressive training, accountability, and teamwork
Supportive environment — no egos, just real dads showing up
Every session combines functional strength, mobility, and conditioning to help you build a body that keeps up with your lifestyle — whether that means hiking Grouse Mountain, playing soccer with your kids, or crushing a day at work.
